Room Reservations

Reserve event space in the Chemistry & Chemical Biology Building by clicking on the links below. If you are looking to book a room for academic purposes, SUCH AS OFFICE HOURS, please use the Oasis Room Request Form. Please note that if your reservation overlaps an existing, pending reservation, you will be moved to different but comparable space.

If you are a formal student organization, you must submit your request through the Meetings and Events Office. They do not take requests from faculty/staff on behalf of recognized student organizations. Reservations for academic space must be requested 5 business days in advance for meetings and 4 weeks in advance for large programming space.
